The error happens when you’re trying to access My Ledger, adding a new account, or during Genuine Check in Ledger Live.

How to solve the error

To solve this error, try the following:

  1. Make sure there is no proxy on your network (for instance if you are using the network at your work).

  2. Deactivate your antivirus and whitelist Ledger Live if that solved the issue.

  3. Try to deactivate your VPN if you are using one.
