The error happens when you’re trying to access My Ledger, adding a new account or during Genuine Check in Ledger Live.

How to solve the error

To solve this error, try the following:

  1. Turn off any VPN, proxy, or firewall you might have. If this solves the issue, make sure to whitelist the Ledger Live app and allow it to operate in your system or network.
  2. Try to connect to another network, for example by sharing a mobile network.
