Here is a step-by-step guide on redeeming your Black-on-Black Nano:
- Go to ➡️ https://shop.ledger.com/products/ledger-nano-x-black-on-black and click Claim my Nano X. You’ll be asked to connect your wallet so that it can be scanned for an eligible Genesis Pass.
When you use desktop, you have two options to connect a wallet:

- MetaMask
- WalletConnect, which allows you to access a range of wallets, including Ledger Live, Crypto.com, Zerion, Tokenary, and more.
On mobile, you can only use WalletConnect. But don’t worry, with WalletConnect you can access a number of wallets, including MetaMask.
- Click MetaMask. The browser extension will open and you’ll see your Ethereum account and balance.
- Connect your Ledger Nano wallet to a computer. You’ll need it to securely sign the transaction and redeem your token.
- Click Sign to process the transaction. You should see a message stating Success.
- Select your Redemption Token from the list of available tokens.
- Click Checkout now. You’ll be taken to the checkout page. A discount code will be automatically applied to your cart. Keep in mind that once you start the checkout process, your NFT will be marked as redeemed. If the checkout process is interrupted, you'll have to connect your wallet again to resume it.
- Fill out the customer information—your email address, shipping address, and phone number—and click Continue. Your shipping address will not be associated with your Ethereum account.
- Pick the shipping method:
- You can opt for standard shipping with Colissimo that is free, or
- Choose express shipping with DHL which includes additional fees depending on the country.
- Click Continue.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Complete Order. You’ll see the notification that your order is confirmed.
That’s it. Your very own Black-on-Black Ledger Nano X is heading your way.

- You’ll be presented with the option to connect your wallet via scanning a QR code or via Desktop. If you click Desktop you can choose from a number of preferred wallets or you can look for it in the search bar.
- Connect your Ledger Nano wallet to a computer. You’ll need it to sign the transaction and redeem your token.
- Click Sign to process the transaction. You should see a message stating Success.
- Select your Redemption Token from the list of available tokens.
- Click Checkout now. You’ll be taken to the checkout page. A discount code will be automatically applied to your cart. Keep in mind that you have 10 minutes to complete the purchase once you start the checkout process.
- Fill out the customer information—your email address, shipping address, and phone number—and click Continue. Your shipping address will not be associated with your Ethereum account.

Is there a time limit to redeem my Black-on-Black Nano X?
There is no time limit to claim your Black-on-Black Nano. We’ll keep it safe in our warehouse until you redeem it.
Does Ledger store my ETH address?
Ledger doesn’t store your ETH address. Also, your ETH address isn’t associated with your shipping address.
Can I change the ETH address once the token is airdropped?
Once the token is airdropped, the owner or the address can’t be changed. Please make sure to provide the address which you fully control.
How many Black-on-Black Nanos can I claim?
You can claim one (1) Black-on-Black Nano X per Redemption Token.
When will my Black-on-Black Nano X be shipped?
Your Nano will be shipped within 21 days after you claim it. Please keep in mind that shipping isn’t possible to certain countries due to international sanctions and local regulations. You can find the list of unavailable countries here.
