Reminder before you update

  • Ledger strongly recommends to always keep the Operating System on your Ledger devices up-to-date in order to benefit from all our security improvements.
  • Make sure you have updated Ledger Live through the notification banner or downloaded the latest version of Ledger Live.

Enhanced user experience and security in this release:

  • For Ledger Recover provided by Coincover subscribers, you will soon have the ability to confirm unsubscription to the service on your device. Please note this deletion can only be performed from the device containing your original Secret Recovery Phrase.

News: Ledger Recover, provided by Coincover, Coming Soon on Ledger Nano S Plus

  • We’re excited to announce that this Ledger OS version 1.1.1 enables everyone with a Ledger Nano S Plus to subscribe to Ledger Recover, provided by Coincover, our new wallet recovery solution.
  • Ledger Recover is an optional, paid subscription service which creates a backup for your Secret Recovery Phrase.
  • Updating your Ledger OS will not automatically activate Ledger Recover. If you choose to sign up for Ledger Recover, you will need to authorize the paid subscription of Ledger Recover with your Ledger device.
  • By subscribing, you will be able to restore access to your Ledger wallet whenever you need it.

What’s new in OS version 1.1.0?

The OS version 1.1.0 features support for French and Spanish. Keep in mind that you can only change the language of the Ledger Nano S Plus operating system. The apps are available in English.

Before you update

Enhanced user experience

  • In addition to English, you can now set the device's language to Spanish or French. To change the language, navigate to My Ledger → Language in the Ledger Live app.

Note: Changing the language of your Ledger Nano S Plus doesn't automatically change the language of Ledger Live.
