Delivery and order tracking
My parcel is stuck or lost, what should I do?
- Please reach out to Ledger support.
- In the email, make sure to include your order tracking number.
- Once we get this information we will submit a request to the carrier on your behalf.
- If your parcel cannot be delivered, a new product will be shipped to you instead.
Important information regarding claims
- Colissimo's average response time is 5 to 7 working days.
- DHL's average response time is 1 to 3 working days.
- All claims must be submitted in writing to DHL within thirty (30) days of the date that DHL accepted the shipment.
