Invalid channel

The error message Something went wrong please reconnect your device, invalid channel may occur when trying to add an account. 



  1. Close all applications that may try to connect with your Ledger device, including wallet apps installed on your computer and web apps such as MyEtherWallet. 
  2. Make sure you have the latest version of Ledger Live by restarting the app and clicking Update if the blue notification banner appears.
  3. Click the Accounts tab in the main menu.
  4. Click the Add account button.
  5. Follow the instructions to add the accounts.
