Fix Bluetooth pairing issues

Bluetooth pairing reset by recent firmware updates

  • If you update your Nano X firmware from a version below 2.0.0 to a version above 2.0.0, the Bluetooth pairing between your device and the Ledger Live mobile app will be reset.
  • After completing the update, please make sure to restart your Ledger Nano X then re-pair your Ledger device by following the troubleshooting guide below.
  • Don’t worry, this doesn’t have any effect on your crypto assets.

If you are experiencing issues connecting to Ledger Live mobile after you have enabled Bluetooth on your Ledger Nano X, you can follow the instructions below to solve this issue.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you are using the latest Ledger Live Mobile version available.
  • Ensure your Ledger device runs the latest firmware version (you should use Ledger Live Desktop to update the firmware of your Ledger Nano X).
