- There is usually a one-day window between the time you place your order and the time shipping team process your order although some of them are almost instantly treated.
- Do not forget to double check both your billing and delivery details before submitting your order as we cannot guarantee that we will be edit anything in time.
1/ Update shipping details
- Please provide us with your new delivery address as well as your order number as soon as possible.
- Please note that, as soon as the payment has been received, we cannot change the destination country.
- For you information, if you selected DHL as carrier, you can edit your shipping address when your parcel is on its way, directly through the DHL tracking link.
- Please be warned that for a standard shipment (Colissimo) your shipping address cannot be changed once your parcel is on its way.
2/ Update cart content
- Please note that, as soon as the payment has been received, we cannot edit an order's content. The only option is to cancel your order so you can place a new one. Please message us as soon as possible and don't forget to provide us with your order number!
3/ Change shipping method
- Please note that, as soon as the payment has been received, we are no longer able to change your preferred shipping method. In that case, you may want to cancel your original order and place a new one.
