We provide dedicated support from Monday to Friday (9 AM - 17 PM CET) through our online contact form and as @Ledger_Support on Twitter. Ledger does not provide phone support. We provide support in English and French, other languages are not guaranteed. 

Our Ledger Support agents are friendly and motivated people based in Paris and Vierzon, France, that strive to provide customers with the assistance they deserve. We love helping you with your order and answering technical questions to help you keep your crypto assets secure.
