Users of the Ledger Live mobile app may encounter a 'device disconnected' error that causes cryptocurrency swaps via Changelly to fail. This typically occurs if the 'Exchange' app is already open on your Ledger device before starting the swap in Ledger Live.


To resolve this issue, ensure you exit the 'Exchange' app on your Ledger device, so the device displays the dashboard showing all your apps. This step should be completed before initiating the swap in Ledger Live. After doing so, proceed to attempt your swap once more.
