Temporary issue with Solana staking

Summary

You might come across a 'Sorry, internet seems to be down' or 'A network error occurred' error message when attempting to unstake or withdraw an inactive SOL stake. This can happen if your Available balance doesn't have sufficient SOL to cover the transaction fee.

 

 

Solution
  • Make sure you have updated Ledger Live through the notification banner or downloaded the latest version of Ledger Live
  • To fix this, make sure you have enough SOL in your available balance. Learn more here.
  • If your available SOL balance is adequate and you're not using the 'Use Max' feature to unstake, you can safely connect to either Phantom wallet or Solflare to manage your Solana (SOL) stake as normal while we work on fixing the issue.
