Ledger Devices & Consumer Law Rights

As a voluntary manufacturer’s limited warranty, the Ledger One-Year Limited Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.  The Ledger One-Year Limited Warranty is not intended to limit such rights. How to Obtain Warranty Service

  • If you are experiencing issues with your Ledger device, please reach out to our support team for help.
  • Subject to the terms of the Ledger One-Year Limited Warranty, if your Ledger device is no longer working and you are within your warranty period:
    • for Ledger devices without Ledger Replace and purchased via Ledger.com, you can request a replacement via //my-order.ledger.com*
    • for Ledger devices purchased elsewhere  - please contact our support team.
    • for Ledger Replace customers in the U.S. and for faster replacement shipment, please contact our U.S. authorized warranty administrator, Bolt. Bolt Support can be contacted here

Ledger One-Year Limited Warranty & Ledger Replace

Ledger devices covered by the Ledger One-Year Limited Warranty have one year of hardware repair/replacement coverage.  Ledger Replace extends your coverage and includes accidental damage protection.  Ledger Replace is an optional service and if purchased, operates alongside and in addition to your consumer law rights, alongside any rights you may have under the Ledger One-Year Limited Warranty.
